You retain full copyright and ownership of all note titles, text, structure, and tag items that you input. Zenote claims zero intellectual property rights over your workspace.

You are solely responsible for keeping backups of vital information, though our service provides debounced cloud synchronization to store notes reliably.

4. Prohibited Behaviors

You agree not to use Zenote to:

• Attempt to bypass security features, exploit server APIs, or access other users' databases.
• Inject malicious scripts, exploit database triggers, or disrupt overall system performance.
• Conduct automated scraping or overload the dashboard APIs.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zenote is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure from all types of hardware failures.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of any major changes by updating the last revised date at the top of this document. Continued use of Zenote signifies your consent to the changes.
